Online Registration

The link below is used to register online for Cub Camp, Tiger Twilight, and Webelos Overnighter.  Click on the link below to register youth and volunteers. 

Week-long Camp Fees (T-Th 9:00 am - 4:00 pm / F 9:00 am - 1:00 pm:  $85.00

Special Edition Camp Fees (T-Th 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm) This camp is for scouts with special needs.  Please Contact Alyshia Compton with questions / [email protected]

Tiger Twlight (Wednesday Evening):  $40.00 Wednesday Night 4:30 to 7:30

Webelos Woods Overnighter (Friday night 6:30 pm /Saturday morning 11:00 am - see Webelos Woods Overnighter page for more information):  $10.00 per scout.  
No additional fee for Guardian.

Den Chiefs and Camp Aides (youth 14 -20) should be registered under the "volunteer" link.

Note:  Online registration will be closed April 10, 9:00 pm for deadline reconciliation.   Links will open again April 15, for further registration until camp capacity is reached.

 Steps for Online Registration:
1. Click Registration link above.  Remember - You are part of Foothills District. 
2. Everyone needs to register with the system, even if you registered last year.  Click Create Account just below the Sign In Bar.  
3. Fill in the information and submit.  It will then return you to the Log In screen.  
4. Log In.
5. Under Registration Forms, pick the appropriate response on the drop down menu. 
6. Fill in your information!!

Camp Registration After May 15 - $100.00
All Camp Youth Online Registration Completed, Printed Rosters and  Money Due April 11, 2019 at Roundtable 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

All Volunteer Youth / Adult Online Registration (YPT) and Schedule 

Due May 9, 2019 at Roundtable 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.

Refund Policy

Purpose of Refund Policy: Once a registration has been paid, an individual could become ill or otherwise unable to attend camp. Since the council will have already incurred expenses related to program and promotional supplies, not all fees paid are refundable.

Refund will be granted at the discretion of the camp director.  All refund requests must be made in writing, or made via the camp refund request form.  Forms must be submitted by the end of the first day of camp for those youth not able to attend.  Please ask Camp Director Melani Hunt (253-833-2992 / [email protected]) if you have any questions.
