May 11th - Adult and Youth volunteer schedule and Health History Forms - Due at Roundtable 7:00 -8:00 pm.  Lake Holm Building * 19107 Lake Holm Rd, Auburn, WA  98092.

May 11th - Adult 4-day volunteers T-shirt order/size due at Roundtable 7:00 - 8:00 pm.  Also, Orders for those who would like to purchase additional T-shirt and/or Hoodies.  $$ and orders Due at same time.  Orders are to be placed through the pack coordinator.  Last day to order/turn in money is May 7, 2015.  (See shirt pricing on Leader Resource page)

June 8th - Collect and turn into Camp Director a Volunteer Compliance Form for every volunteer serving at camp.

Refund Policy -

(Per Chief Seattle BSA Website, cub camping page)

Purpose of Refund Policy: Once a registration has been paid, an individual could become ill or otherwise unable to attend camp. Since the council will have already incurred expenses related to program and promotional supplies, not all fees paid are refundable.

Portion of refundable amounts are the discretion of the Camp Director.


**No refunds within 30 days of camp, as supplies have been purchased at that point.

$80.00 per scout
After May 12, 2015 camp fee $100.00 per scout



Tiger Twilight / July 8, 2015

4:30 pm to 7:30 pm
$40.00 per scout



Webelos Woods Overnighter / July 10-11, 2015

5:00 pm to noon.   
$12.00 per scout (fee includes payment for guardian)

Cub Camp/ Tiger All-Day Camp Option...

Bring a sack lunch every day, in a plastic Ziploc bag, with your name on it and a water bottle.

Day 1- 3 (Tuesday thru Thursday)  9:00 am – 4:00 pm.  Cub Scouts need to be checked in at their Den by 8:55 am.

Day 4 (Friday)  9:00 am to 1:00 pm.  Cub Scouts need to be checked in at their Den by 8:55 am.

 

Webelos  Camp Option...

This is a 1:1 activity.  All boys staying overnight will need to have one parent/guardian with them.

Please bring your own tent, sleeping bags, pillows, flashlight, personal hygiene items and change of clothing.
